My Mom Sells Drugs

MomSellsDrugsMy little brother was very excited about school when he was in kindergarden.  They played all sorts of fun games, did messy crafts, and got to know the other kids by talking about their families, pets, friends, etc.

One day at school, the kids went around in a circle and talked about what their parents did for a living.

There were doctors, lawyers, bankers, construction workers…and then it came to my little brother.

“My mom sells drugs out of the back of her car,” he proudly announced.

Later that night, my mom got a call from his kindergarden teacher.

“I’m not sure if you’re aware,” she cautiously explains, “but your son told us today that you sell drugs out of your trunk for a living,”

My mom burst out laughing. “He’s right,” she said, “I’m a pharmaceutical sales rep!”
