Ecological Idea Torpedoed by Management

Goat

I had the following exchange with the very nice office manager at our office yesterday. I had mentioned to fellow Longmeadow escapee, Howard Odentz, that I perhaps could, indeed, find a useful, ecological way to make use of of his marvelous mini-goats.

Can you ask our legal department in Sacramento if it would be ok if I disposed of unneeded patient paperwork by feeding it to a goat? I doubt the information would be legible after going through a goat’s gut. Is there a policy against this? I have a friend who raises them. Thanks.

I do not think that would be ok.
If the goat choked we would be liable…

Damn. Now I have to collect the goat feces. Will that be ok to put into the blue recycle bins? What does legal say?

You should see somebody about that, probably. What does legal say?
