Caught in His Own Tongue

cricket

There was a cricket under the TV stand, and its shrill noise was irritating. Not wanting to listen to it all night, we tried everything to get it, but without success. Suddenly my husband left the room and returned with his cellphone, on which he recorded the noise. Then he played it back. Sure enough, the cricket immediately came charging out toward the phone. We quickly grabbed it and released it out the window. Problem solved!

You outsmarted an insect. Which to be honest, is not an easy task.

I hate bugs. If I had a bomb in my hand I would have thrown it to that cricket.
